Franchising: how much?

The deductible amount is:

0.50 per box of medicine (or any other unit of packaging: bottle, for example);

0.50 per paramedical;

Two euros per ambulance.

Note: the franchise does not apply to prescription drugs during hospitalization or paramedical procedures performed during hospitalization or emergency transport.

You can not deduct:

Who is affected?
All persons are involved in the franchise, except:

women supported in the context of motherhood (required examinations and the exemption period from the 1st day of the 6th month of pregnancy on day 12 after birth).
Please note: pensioners referred to in Article L. 115 of the Code of military disability pensions and war victims are exempted from the payment of the franchise, but only for care provided free by the state and necessitated by the infirmities resulting in pension. Care for others, that is to say those who are not related to illness, disability or injury of war, they are exempt from co-payments but not a franchise.
